Mobile Technologies Inc (MTI) acquires ArmorActive, a Salt Lake City-based market of tablet accessories and enclosures for business applications with a 100+ SKU product portfolio.

The financial details of the deal are not available.

This combination will provide a very unique value proposition to customers looking to use tablets in support of their business.”

ArmorActive is also a first-mover in the tablet kiosk market, and through the MTI acquisition gets access to a wider market.
