Media invites for the unveiling of the LG G6 flagship on 26 February tease a smartphone with minimal bezels-- or, as the invite text puts it, a "big screen... that fits."
Such a detail confirms earlier leaks on the G6, which claim the smartphone's display has a screen-to-bezel ratio greater than 90%. Also confirmed is the 5.7-inch screen's unusual 2:1 "Full Vision" aspect ratio, and it is probable the device features minimalist glass and metal construction, as opposed to the modular design found in last year's G5.
Other rumours involving the G6 include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 CPU, dual-camera system, centre-mounted fingerprint sensor and the inclusion of a headphone jack. The OS of choice remains, of course, Android.
We will learn more about the smartphone come Mobile World Congress 2017.
